We begin by conducting a thorough assessment to understand your specific trailer requirements. Our in-house engineering team then creates detailed custom designs. After refining and finalizing the designs to your satisfaction, they are handed off to our skilled production team, which includes expert welders, machinists, and finishers. The entire process kicks off with a no-pressure consultation with our lead trailer manufacturing expert.
You have the option between a tridem (3-Axle) or quad (4-Axle) rear bridge with axle spreads of 54”, 55”, 60”, or 72”.

From the continuous single piece steel main rails made of quenched and tempered 100 ksi yield strength material to the in-house machining of each bullet, lug and tear drop with extreme precision. We don’t cut weight bearing holes, we bore them. These lowboy trailers are custom built from end to end to match the exact needs of the buyer.
Every part used during construction, from a hose fitting to the hydraulics, is carefully sourced to ensure premium quality and reliability. Loadstar sources parts and materials from North American manufacturers whenever possible. Each part is fitted and installed with care and attention to detail.
